Return Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, please request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused and in the original packaging.

To arrange a return please contact us at info@itsprime.shop  If your return is accepted you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can investigate and resolve the issue. If there is a problem or discrepancy with your order you must contact us within 3 working days as we may no longer be able to assist you after these 3 working days.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned if they have been opened, if the seal is broken or if this is stated prior to purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item please contact us.

Exchanges

The easiest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your item and, once your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
